• 2 packages of tenderized round steaks (1.5-2 lb each)

• 1 package of flanken style ribs

• 1 package of osso bucco steaks (2 per package)

• We have FREE pick up. Call for appointment at 512-818-5911. (This can be flexible.)

Packaging:

• All cuts are individually vacuum sealed and labelled by our Texas State inspected butcher.

• Your order will be packed frozen with an inventory sheet of all of your beef cuts.
