The Alamo Box is a side of beef. Stock your freezer with great tasting Texas pasture raised beef. Half beef turn around is about 4-5 weeks from deposit to pick-up/delivery/shipping. There is a $300 deposit required. This will count towards the total of $1990.

Packaging:

All cuts are individually vacuum sealed and labeled by our Texas State inspected butcher.

Your order will be packed frozen.

Freezer Space:

For a quarter beef, you need 4 cubic feet of freezer space.

For a side (half) beef, you need at least 8 cubic feet of space.

A whole cow will need 16 cubic feet of space.
