Osso Bucco steaks, also known as shank steaks, are tender with lots of flavor!  The steak is a slow cooked, comfort food.  When slow cooked, the meat becomes tender and the marrow softens which adds richness to the flavor.

All cuts are individually vacuum sealed and labelled by our Texas State inspected butcher.
Your order will be packed frozen with an inventory sheet of all of your beef cuts.
