Most packages are 2 steaks per package.  The NY Strip Steak packs a powerful flavor that is tender with a 1.5 inch thick cut.

Packaging:
All cuts are individually vacuum sealed and labelled by our Texas State inspected butcher.
Your order will be packed frozen with an inventory sheet of all of your beef cuts.
